Adventures in Computing Camps Refund Policy

*A full refund will be given if a program is cancelled by Interactive Minds due to lack of enrolment.

Refund Schedule: Refunds will not be issued once program has commenced.

Cancellation Fee:

1. A full refund minus 25% administration fee will be given, provided a written/verbal request is given more than one week prior to the start of the program.

2. A full refund minus 50% administration fee will be given, provided a written/verbal request is given 3 or more days prior to the start of the program.

* InteractiveMinds reserves the right to cancel any week of camp which does not have enough participants. Full refunds or other arrangements will be made to accomodate those enrolled in cancelled camps.

Camper Instructions:

All campers shall meet in the ICT Centre Student Lounge which is on the main floor of the new ICT building at the rear of the school. This is accessible by entering Door A at the front of AUC and proceeding down the hallway, or by pulling around to the student centre doors near the George Leach Centre. Students will proceed as a group to the computer lab at 9:00AM. At 4:00PM, campers again gather in the ICT Centre Student Lounge to await their pickups.

Adventures in Computing staff are available from 8:30AM to 4:30PM to supervise campers. Cafeteria food is available or campers are welcome to bring their own lunches.
